1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service provided by phpgame.net, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use phpgame.net and must immediately close your account if one already exists.

These Terms and Conditions form a binding legal agreement between you (the player) and phpgame.net. They apply to all activities on the phpgame.net platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits and withdrawals, participation in live casino games, casino games, sports betting, basketball betting, and the phpgame.net VIP Program.

2Eligibility and Account Registration

To open and maintain a phpgame.net account, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout the life of your account:

phpgame.net verifies player identity before approving withdrawal requests. You may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete identity verification in a timely manner may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

3Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place on your phpgame.net account. This includes all bets placed, all deposits made, and all personal information submitted. You agree to keep your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential. You must not share your account credentials with any other person.

phpgame.net will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account if you have shared your login details or failed to take reasonable steps to protect them. Account Currency

All phpgame.net player accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). All displayed balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, bet values, and winnings are expressed in Philippine Peso. There is no currency conversion at any point in the phpgame.net system. Deposits made via GCash, Maya, InstaPay, or PESONet are received and credited in Philippine Peso only.

Duplicate Accounts

Operating more than one phpgame.net account — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or any other linking factor — is strictly prohibited. If phpgame.net identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended, all balances may be forfeited, and the player will be permanently banned from phpgame.net.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

phpgame.net accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Peso. The following payment methods are currently supported for Filipino players:

• GCash — Instant deposit credit; same-day withdrawal processing available
• Maya — Instant deposit credit; same-day withdrawal processing available
• InstaPay — Bank transfer; typically credited within minutes during bank processing hours
• PESONet — Bank transfer; typically settled within one to three banking days

Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to another person — are not permitted. phpgame.net reserves the right to reverse any deposit that is identified as coming from a third-party source and to suspend the associated player account pending investigation.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts, processing times, and any applicable conditions are detailed on the Withdrawal page and the Deposit and Withdrawal page. phpgame.net does not charge internal processing fees on standard withdrawals, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees.

5Bonuses and Promotions

phpgame.net may offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and other incentives to Filipino players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page. The general rules below apply to all phpgame.net bonuses unless a specific promotion page states otherwise.

• Bonuses are available to verified Filipino players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements — the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before withdrawal is permitted — will be clearly stated for each promotion. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period.
• phpgame.net reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bets already placed in good faith under the original terms are honoured.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash outside of the standard wagering process.
• If phpgame.net determines that a player is abusing bonus offers — through matched betting, arbitrage, or any form of systematic exploitation — phpgame.net reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void any associated winnings, and suspend the account.

phpgame.net VIP Program rewards are subject to the separate terms published on the VIP Program page. VIP points are earned on qualifying bets only and do not carry cash value until formally redeemed under the VIP Program rules.

6Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on phpgame.net — whether on sports, basketball, live casino, or casino games — are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

Sports and Basketball Betting

phpgame.net covers a wide range of local and international competitions, including PBA, NBA, UAAP, international boxing, and esports. The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on phpgame.net:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after submission, except as permitted by the cash-out function where available.
• Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• In the event of a match or event being postponed, cancelled, or abandoned, phpgame.net will apply the settlement rules stated in the relevant sport's rules section.

Live Casino

phpgame.net live casino games — including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Sic Bo, and dragon tiger — are operated by professional live dealers. All live dealer game outcomes are determined in real time and are not influenced by phpgame.net. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, phpgame.net will settle the bet based on the last recorded game state in our system logs. If no game state can be confirmed, the bet will be refunded.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on phpgame.net. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and a permanent ban:

• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software that places bets or performs account actions without direct manual input from the registered player.
• Collusion with other players or with any phpgame.net employee to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform vulnerabilities.
• Money laundering, fraud, or any activity that involves the use of phpgame.net to process or conceal funds of unlawful origin.
• Chargebacks — the reversal of a deposit through your bank or e-wallet provider after the funds have been used for betting. Chargebacks are treated as fraudulent acts and will result in immediate account suspension and legal referral where appropriate.
• Opening multiple accounts or assisting another person to open an account for the purpose of circumventing phpgame.net's limits, verification requirements, or promotional restrictions.

10Intellectual Property

11Limitation of Liability

12Account Suspension and Termination

phpgame.net reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any activity that violates Philippine law.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or identity verification.
• Operation of duplicate accounts.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.

In the event of account closure for reasons not related to a breach of these Terms and Conditions, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deducting any pending wagers. If an account is closed due to a breach, phpgame.net reserves the right to withhold some or all of the balance pending investigation.

You may also voluntarily close your phpgame.net account at any time by contacting support via live chat. If you close your account voluntarily, any verified balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method.

13Amendments to These Terms
